Dependent on the thickness of the pipe, the insulation clip consisting of 2, 3 or more heavy-duty components which fit into one another is mechanically strong and provides perfect insulation for pipes of any size. The insulated pipe support lining consists of two semi-circular elements made of polyurethane foam. These two semi-circles are covered in ALU tape with a self-adhesive closing segment and are laminated with protective foil. The insulated pipe support lining segment and the ALU tape form a strong water and humidity barrier. The finished insulated pipe support has good heat retention properties, making it an ideal thermal insulator for both heating and cooling pipes. Our insulated pipe support insulation products are used mostly in the construction and petrol chemical industries where high quality and durable insulation is required. The internal diameter of the insulated pipe support lining is the same as the external diameter of the piping on which it is to be mounted. The external diameter of the product is the same as the external diameter of the piping insulated with pipe shells or plates, and fits the internal diameter of the metal suspension clip.

Dependent on the thickness of the pipe, the insulation clip consisting of 2, 3 or more heavy-duty components which fit into one another is mechanically strong and provides perfect insulation for pipes of any size. The jointed pipe shells are originally laminated with aluminium foil, but the product can also be ordered without it. The assembled pipe shell has great heat retention properties, while the polyurethane foam and the ALU covering prevent the accumulation of condensation water between the pipe and the pipe shell. Due to the positive features of the materials, the product effectively reduces heat loss.
